Change in General Maturity Limit for Consumer Loans

Within the framework of macroprudential steps taken to ensure financial stability, with the Banking Regulation and Supervision Agency's decision dated 13.02.2025 and numbered 11152; the monetary amounts in the general maturity limitation for consumer loans determined within the scope of the Board's decision dated 09.06.2022 and numbered 10222 have been updated as follows, taking into account macroeconomic data:

- 36 months for loans with a loan amount of 125,000 Turkish Liras and below,

- 24 months for loans whose loan amount is over 125,000 Turkish Lira but not over 250,000 Turkish Lira,

- 12 months for loans with a loan amount over 250,000 Turkish Liras.
