We provide trade union law, collective labour law and collective labour agreement consultancy services with our expert staff in order to ensure that workers in every workplace that meets the conditions within the scope of the right to union organisation guaranteed by the Constitution, to join existing unions and to use all the rights granted to them by law during these processes, and on the other hand, to confirm and test the legitimacy of trade union organisations before employers in cases where these rights are attempted to be exercised illegally.
In terms of our employer clients; we provide legal consultancy services for the follow-up of union authorisation objection processes, collective bargaining agreement negotiations, interpretation and revision of existing collective bargaining agreements, mediation services in disputes arising from Collective Labour Law, completion of warning notice processes, consultancy services regarding strike and lockout processes, and process follow-up services before the ministry.
