We provide the registration of your trademark and the image of your trademark before the Turkish Patent and Trademark Office, the realisation of the completion of the registration following the registration, the assertion of your defences before the competent authorities against all kinds of cancellation and invalidity claims against your trademark before the TPMK or general courts with our expert staff. Our expert business partners are also trademark attorneys authorised to act before the TPMK.

We regularly conduct invalidation, cancellation and cancellation proceedings before the courts, well-known trademark protection, protection against dilution, passing off and unfair competition, commercial packaging imitation proceedings and large-scale compensation proceedings, as well as applications for interception and seizure at customs and search and seizure applications through criminal and civil proceedings.

We also monitor new trademark registrations that may create similarity or confusion with your trademark, image or slogan through the monthly trademark bulletins published by the TPMK and report to you the trademarks that we consider that it would be appropriate for you to object before the TPMK or to file a nullity action before the general courts.
