Retail Trade Law
In accordance with the Law on the Regulation of Retail Trade, which includes the procedures and principles regarding the opening, operation and audits of retail businesses, we provide legal consultancy services to our clients engaged in retail trade regarding obtaining a workplace opening and working licence, effective protection against unfair commercial practices in the supply chain, information on the organisation of campaign sales and shopping festivals, and the records that must be included on the products offered to the market.
With our expert staff in the field, we also provide compliance services to our clients on the jewellery trade regulated by the secondary legislation of retail trade law, the trade of second-hand motor vehicles, the functioning of the unfair price evaluation board and the principles and rules to be applied in retail trade.
For our clients carrying out commercial activities in shopping centres, which are considered to be one of the most popular physical market areas in today's economic systems, we provide consultancy services on common use areas, common expense sharing, space allocation to be applied to tradesmen and craftsmen operators and the determination of the fair value of the rental shops in shopping centres in accordance with the regulations within the provisions of the regulation.
In addition to all these applications arising from shopping centres, we also provide food safety, advertising regulations and supply chain liability law consultancy to our clients operating in the food sector, especially in the context of the Veterinary Services, Plant Health, Food and Feed Law No. 5996 and secondary legislation, especially the Turkish Food Codex and Advertising Board decisions.
