We provide consultancy and representation services for foreigners who wish to reside in Turkey for various reasons, including obtaining the necessary residence permits, renewal of documents and permits within the scope of short-term, long-term, family, student or humanitarian residence permits or through the purchase of real estate.

On behalf of foreigners and employer clients wishing to obtain a work permit, we ensure that the applications to be made both domestically and abroad are carried out and that all procedures are completed in full.

We also provide consultancy services on following the necessary procedures, collecting documents, making applications, following up, finalising and renewing the applications for the acquisition of Turkish citizenship through the means stipulated in the legislation, especially marriage and real estate purchase.

In addition to all these aforementioned services, in cases where the applications made on behalf of our clients or their employees are rejected on the basis of a reason not stipulated in the legislation, we also represent our clients before the courts with our experienced staff in order to cancel any unlawful decision made by the administration by bringing the process before the competent courts.
