Real Estate Law
We provide legal consultancy and representation services to our clients before public institutions and organisations for objecting to or filing cancellation lawsuits against the implementation zoning plans, confirming the conformity of the buildings to be constructed with the zoning status of the land, land subdivision and unification transactions, eliminating the loss of rights suffered as a result of parceling transactions carried out in accordance with Article 18 of the Zoning Law No. 3194, obtaining a building registration certificate within the scope of building permit, occupancy permit and zoning peace processes and providing detailed information about the legal consequences attached to these documents.
We also examine the legality of the deduction rate applied to our clients, whose land value increase share is deducted from their land within the scope of the zoning applications carried out by the municipalities, and together with our surveying engineer business partners registered with LİHKAB, we evaluate in detail the compliance of the zoning applications carried out by the municipality with the legislation and case law.
In addition to these processes, we support our clients in ensuring the transformation of the buildings in the areas declared as risky buildings or risky areas in accordance with the Law No. 6306 on the Transformation of Areas Under Disaster Risk and its Regulation, convening the board of condominium owners and ensuring the qualified voting majority required for the decision of the condominium owners while ensuring the transformation of risky buildings, and in this context, preparing and revising the construction work contracts to be signed with the contractors in order to ensure that the relations between you and private law and public law legal entities run smoothly.
