We represent our clients before local courts, mediation processes and arbitration proceedings in all cases where two or more real or legal persons make claims against each other in order to explain the possibilities they have and to eliminate their grievances.

Our aim is to provide solutions to our clients with the preventive legal services we offer before the birth of the dispute, to ensure the interests of our clients by providing detailed explanations with our expert staff on the consequences of when and how to terminate or not to terminate a contract.
 

In the context of our dispute resolution services, we also defend the rights of our clients before the Constitutional Court and the European Court of Human Rights in cases where the other party is a state legal entity or where procedural or substantive rights are violated during the proceedings.

In the context of arbitration proceedings, we represent our clients before the competent authorities with our experienced staff who are familiar with Ad-Hoc or institutional arbitration procedures (such as ICC, VIAC, ADCCAC, SIAC or ISTAC) without any loss of procedural rights.
