In 2017, he completed his Private Law Master's Programme, which he started at Istanbul University, by writing his thesis titled ‘Employer's Wage Payment Obligation According to the Press Labour Law’ in 2020.

In the last two years of his professional life, which he continued in various law offices, he served as a legal advisor within group companies with clients and clients from different jurisdictions.
 

In his career of more than nine years, he has specialised in employee-employer disputes, trade union law, union authorisation and objections, employer consultancy, collective bargaining negotiations, and the legal status of foreign employees and Turkish employees working in foreign countries.
 

In addition to the aforementioned areas, KOÇAK, who has experience in the scope of the applications of movable and real estate law, has experience in construction contracts in return for land share, title deed cancellation and registration cases arising from the promise to sell immovable property, disputes arising from immovable leases and the contracts that need to be prepared for these works.
 

Since 2022, he has been conducting voluntary and conditional mediation processes as a mediator with the registration number 29720 before the Mediation Department. He is an expert mediator in the fields of labour, trade, consumer, intellectual and industrial rights and insurance law.
